1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the LTB — Lahham Tower Boulevard website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.

2. Definitions

• "Site" refers to the LTB — Lahham Tower Boulevard website.
• "User" or "you" refers to any individual accessing or using the Site.
• "Company," "we," "us" refers to Saleem Lahham Ltd., the developer and operator of the Site.
• "Reservation" refers to an expression of interest in purchasing an apartment unit at the LTB project.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the Site's servers.
• Use any automated system (e.g., bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Site without prior written consent.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Site's content without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site's systems or data.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, floorplans, architectural renders, videos, and design — is owned by Saleem Lahham Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Israeli and international intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal use related to your interest in the LTB project. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without express written authorization.

5. Apartment Information & Pricing

The Site provides information about apartment units, including models, areas, pricing, and availability. All information is provided in good faith and is believed to be accurate at the time of publication. However, Saleem Lahham Ltd. reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in pricing, specifications, or availability at the time of a formal reservation or purchase agreement. Availability of units may change at any time without prior notice.

6. Reservation Process

Submitting a reservation through the Site is an expression of interest and does not constitute a binding offer to purchase, nor does it create any contractual obligation. A binding transaction requires the execution of a formal purchase agreement, in accordance with the Israeli Real Estate Law (Sale of Real Estate) — Law 5757–1998, which requires: (a) a written, signed document; (b) a deposit paid by the purchaser; (c) two copies of the signed agreement provided to the purchaser; and (d) a seven-day cooling-off period during which the purchaser may cancel without penalty. Saleem Lahham Ltd. will provide the full terms of any purchase in the formal agreement at the relevant stage.

7. Meeting Bookings

Meeting bookings made through the Site are subject to availability. Saleem Lahham Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule meetings as needed. Meeting scheduling is subject to the availability of our sales team and does not constitute a guarantee of service.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty. Saleem Lahham Ltd. does its best to ensure the accuracy of information, but shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Architectural renders, floorplans, and project images are for illustrative purposes and may not represent the final product.

9. External Links

The Site may contain links to external websites that are not operated by Saleem Lahham Ltd. We have no control over the content of these sites and assume no responsibility for their content or practices.

10. Changes to Terms

Saleem Lahham Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Israeli courts.
